The BABCO ELECTRIC GROUP manufactures and supplies SCR Drives in single or multiple units up to 1200 HP. Drives are supplied with open or closed loop systems, including SCR controllers, consoles and motors up to 1200 HP. Four-quadrant control 20:1 speed range in both directions is standard. 100:1 speed control by special order. Same controls for all models from 5 HP to 1200 HP. SCR Drives have been used and proven in hundreds of applications.

		•   Smaller DC Drives are installed in a single unitized cell for ease of installation and distribution of wiring to electric motors.
		•   DC Drive that has to be interfaced with other Drive Units in an Industrial Plant.
		•   BABCO can manufacture and supply complete DC Drive Systems up to 1000 HP.
		•   DC Drives can be supplied as sectionalized units c/w motors and control benchboard.
